Encargado/a de Tienda Showroom

About the role

The company seeks a Store Showroom Manager to lead the commercial team, provide exemplary customer service, and drive sales of construction and lighting products in the showroom.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and act as a role model for staff.
• Advise clients and close sales of construction and lighting product lines.
• Prepare sales reports for management.
• Identify and follow up potential construction‑sector clients, building long‑term relationships.
• Conduct business meetings in the showroom or on‑site, proposing activities to attract and retain key customers.
• Coordinate with logistics to monitor orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage inventory control and stock replenishment for the branch.
• Supervise and organize branch staff, ensuring consistent high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with other company areas to maintain smooth branch operations.

Required profile

• Formal education in Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Architecture, Design or related fields.
• At least three years of proven sales experience in a showroom, preferably as a branch manager.
• Knowledge of construction materials such as porcelain tiles, fixtures, finishes, locks and lighting (highly valued).
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Professional personal presentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with the SAI system (optional, not mandatory).
