About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Systems Manager to lead the technical operation and evolution of our company’s technology solutions. The role requires deep understanding of business processes, the ability to coordinate between users, vendors, and technical teams, and to drive both support and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and provide functional/technical support for enterprise systems, including ERP modules and related applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents involving SQL Server, databases, services, and integrations.
• Design, implement, and support integrations via APIs, Web Services, middleware, ETL, or other technologies.
• Analyze information flows, identify errors or inconsistencies, and propose improvements.
• Develop or coordinate automations, jobs, reports, and solutions that optimize internal processes.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and operational aspects of corporate platforms.
• Coordinate technically with vendors, developers, and business areas.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technological solutions.
• Participate in implementation, upgrade, and integration projects for applications.
• Promote new technological solutions across the organization.

Required profile

• Degree or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
• Experience administering or supporting ERP or enterprise applications.
• Strong command of SQL Server, including queries, procedures, reports, and data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with system integrations and knowledge of APIs and Web Services.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors, technical teams, or technology projects.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with users from various business areas.
