About the role

Casa del Tenis (CDT) is looking for a dynamic leader to drive its brand and boost sales. The role combines strategic marketing planning with hands‑on sales management, aiming to inspire the team and deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that strengthen the brand and increase sales.
• Design and implement training, motivation and follow‑up programs for the sales team.
• Lead, organize and develop the marketing and sales teams, focusing on results‑oriented performance.
• Measure, analyze and optimize marketing and sales actions to meet commercial targets.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Propose creative ideas and innovative solutions to improve brand positioning and drive revenue.

Required profile

• Proven leadership ability to inspire and guide a combined marketing and sales team.
• Experience in creating and managing brand‑building campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset for evaluating results and optimizing strategies.
• Capacity to collaborate across departments and manage inter‑departmental projects.
