About the role

The Showroom Store Manager will lead the exhibition area of a leading importer and distributor of high‑end construction materials and appliances. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales of construction and lighting product lines, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and act as a role model for staff.
• Advise clients and close sales of construction, lighting, and related product ranges.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
• Identify and follow up potential construction‑sector clients, building long‑term relationships.
• Conduct business meetings in the showroom or on‑site at construction projects.
• Coordinate with logistics to track orders and guarantee timely deliveries.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock control.
• Supervise, organize, and motivate showroom staff to maintain high service standards.
• Liaise with other company departments to ensure overall branch performance.

Required profile

• Formal education in Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Architecture, Design or related fields.
• Minimum three years of proven sales experience in a showroom environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience selling construction materials such as porcelain tiles, fixtures, finishes, locks, and lighting.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to exceed sales targets and motivate a team.
• Professional personal presentation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the SAI system (valued but not mandatory).
• Proficiency with MS Office.
