About the role

The Controlled Substances Manager is responsible for overseeing the handling, documentation, and regulatory compliance of controlled substances within the organization. This role ensures that all legal and administrative requirements are met while maintaining up‑to‑date records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit descargos, planillas, and other required paperwork related to controlled substances.
• Maintain accurate and current documentation for all controlled substances, including sodium bicarbonate.
• Generate and submit reports required by competent authorities.
• Monitor compliance with current regulations and ensure all processes meet legal standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee proper handling and storage of controlled substances.

Required profile

• Proven experience in preparing descargos, planillas, and regulatory filings for controlled substances.
• Strong knowledge of the current legal framework governing controlled substances.
• Ability to keep documentation current and produce required reports on schedule.
• Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
