About the role

The Demand Manager will be responsible for analysing product demand, creating accurate forecasts and ensuring optimal inventory levels. This role supports the continuity of operations by coordinating purchasing, supply and new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse demand trends and generate purchase orders to secure supply.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify stockouts and excess stock.
• Develop demand forecasts and recommend adjustments to improve supply efficiency.
• Manage the onboarding of new products and the opening of new sales points.
• Produce inventory performance reports for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee product availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, procurement or inventory management.
• Strong numerical ability and analytical mindset.
• Adaptability to change and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI (desired).
