About the role

We are seeking a professional to lead compensation, payroll and salary analysis at NEXOCORP. The role ensures internal equity, regulatory compliance and provides accurate reporting to support talent decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer salary structures, bands and compensation policies.
• Coordinate payroll processes, bonuses and incentives with high precision.
• Analyze market salary data and propose competitive adjustments.
• Develop HR indicators, reports and dashboards.
• Ensure confidentiality of compensation information and compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in compensation, payroll and salary management.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with an ERP system.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and data analysis.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize results.
