Encargado de Comercio Exterior – Cochabamba

About the role

The company seeks a dedicated Foreign Trade Manager to plan, coordinate and control all export and import operations. You will ensure compliance with national and international regulations, manage documentation, and monitor logistics to guarantee timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate export and import processes from start to finish.
• Prepare, review and control all foreign trade documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, sanitary certificates, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.).
• Coordinate with SENASAG, SENAVEX, shipping lines, transport providers and international clients.
• Track shipments from dispatch to final destination and resolve any logistical or documentary issues.
• Prepare export/import reports for management.
• Develop solutions for logistical incidents and ensure continuous improvement of trade operations.

Required profile

• University degree in International Trade, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably a diploma or specialization in Foreign Trade.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing companies.
• Strong knowledge of export/import regulations and procedures.
