About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in La Paz. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional buying experience for customers seeking mobility solutions, from initial contact through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, profitability, financing and insurance placement.
• Promptly manage leads from various commercial channels, ensuring follow‑up and conversion.
• Provide personalized advice throughout the purchase process, identifying customer needs and recommending optimal solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial quotations, financing proposals and insurance options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives and exhibitions, highlighting technical, technological and safety features.
• Prospect new clients using databases, referrals, social media, commercial visits and other prospecting strategies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and opportunity information in the CRM and other management systems.
• Develop long‑term commercial relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Participate actively in fairs, activations, commercial events and brand launches.
• Stay informed about product portfolio, market trends and competition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum three years of sales experience in the automotive sector.
• Proven experience in prospecting, negotiation, closing sales and customer retention.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
