About the role

Imsermex is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales of its industrial packaging, identification, labeling and process automation solutions. The role focuses on opening new markets, building strong commercial relationships and closing high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
• Design and present value‑proposition proposals tailored to corporate clients.
• Negotiate contracts with decision‑makers and close profitable deals.
• Maintain and expand a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach.
• Visit clients on‑site to understand needs and develop the market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales and new‑business development.
• Strong negotiation skills with corporate decision‑makers.
• Ability to generate opportunities where others see challenges.
• Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and market development.
