Ejecutivo de Ventas / Asesor Comercial

About the role

Control Facilito is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to promote its business management software to SMEs in Bolivia. You will be the face of the company, helping clients improve invoicing, inventory, sales and administration through our cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers among companies, retailers and SMEs in Santa Cruz.
• Present and demo the software, first understanding each client’s specific challenges.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Maintain and grow an assigned portfolio, ensuring renewals and generating referrals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Previous sales experience, preferably with software, technology services or other intangible products.
• Disciplined prospecting, follow‑up and pipeline management.
• Proactive attitude, commitment to meeting targets and ability to work onsite full‑time.

Required skills

• Understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with electronic invoicing solutions.
• Experience using digital sales‑tracking tools such as CRM platforms, spreadsheets and WhatsApp Business.
