Ejecutivo Comercial – Ventas Consultivas B2B

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to lead consultative B2B sales for a leading Bolivian software company. The role involves managing the full sales cycle for medium-to-large enterprises, identifying opportunities, designing tailored solutions and closing high-value contracts while building long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and engage corporate clients across various industries.
• Conduct needs analysis and propose customized ERP, CRM, BI and SaaS solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals using visual tools.
• Negotiate terms, manage multi-stakeholder decision processes and close deals.
• Maintain pipeline visibility in the CRM system and report progress to management.
• Collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or enterprise software.
• Experience with corporate sales cycles, public tenders or multi-decision-maker negotiations.
• Strong business acumen, result-orientation and strategic thinking.

Required skills

• Functional knowledge of ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence and SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency with presentation and collaboration tools: PowerPoint, Canva, Prezi, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
