Ejecutivo Comercial – Gestión de cuentas corporativas

About the role

Cocoa Latam, a Bolivian fintech focused on loyalty, HR benefits, cashback and digital payments, is looking for a Commercial Executive to support its key corporate clients. You will work closely with large accounts, helping them maximise the value of the platform while driving adoption and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic corporate accounts.
• Support implementation and launch phases for new clients.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Coordinate requirements with Product, Technology and Operations teams.
• Assist with client trainings, activations and rollout of new features.
• Keep the CRM up‑to‑date and track commercial opportunities for both corporations and merchants.
• Analyse results and propose actions to improve client adoption, usage and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial, customer success, business development or similar B2B roles.
• Experience working with corporate clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised, autonomous and able to juggle multiple accounts and projects.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and comfortable with digital products.
