Diseñador Gráfico Junior

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Cochabamba. The role focuses on creating visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, and corporate communication while supporting the development of the company’s visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Create and adapt visual materials for various formats and platforms, including print and digital.
• Support the maintenance and evolution of the company’s visual identity.
• Produce POP and POSM items such as posters, banners, displays, and promotional materials.
• Participate in the conceptualisation and execution of commercial and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare print‑ready files and adjust assets according to technical specifications.
• Maintain an organised library of graphic resources.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Professional degree or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience through internships, projects, or professional work.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign (preferred).
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (preferred).
• Basic to intermediate skills in preparing files for print.
