Director of Marketing

About the role

The University Private Domingo Savio seeks a strategic leader to design, plan and drive its commercial marketing strategy over short, medium and long horizons. The role focuses on sustainable growth, strengthening institutional positioning and aligning all activities with the university’s mission, vision and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan covering short‑term, medium‑term and long‑term goals.
• Evaluate existing marketing strategies and the overall plan to support data‑driven decision making.
• Plan, prepare and manage the department’s budget, ensuring efficiency and optimal resource use.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to shape policies for undergraduate, postgraduate and new niche academic offerings.
• Supervise and execute institutional planning processes, including Development Plans, Strategic Plans, Annual Operational Plans, improvement initiatives and Quality Management Systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree or diploma in a marketing‑related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar senior marketing roles, designing commercial strategies.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and virtual teaching‑learning environments.
• Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital marketing tools.
