Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to create and manage content, design, and advertising campaigns for HCMedic and its HCMarketing client portfolio of doctors and clinics. The role is fully remote and reports to the Sales & Marketing Director, working closely with the sales team and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Write and design organic social media posts for HCMedic and HCMarketing clients, including AI‑generated images and short videos.
• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives.
• Produce periodic performance reports and conduct competitive benchmarking to inform content and advertising strategies.
• Coordinate daily with the Sales & Marketing Director and sales team, gather and prioritize client requirements, and document content calendars and deliverables in Notion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication or a related field.
• Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including budgeting, optimization, and reporting.
• Experience designing social media assets using generative AI tools for images and video.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when interacting with medical clients.
• Strong self‑management skills to handle multiple accounts and maintain organized documentation.
