Delegado(a) Regional para El Alto

About the role

The Regional Delegate for El Alto will support the coordination of activities, events and projects related to business process management within the ABPMP Bolivia Chapter. This hybrid internship is based in El Alto, Bolivia, with the possibility to work partially from home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing meetings, workshops and training sessions.
• Disseminate information to members, partners and allies.
• Track local initiatives and follow‑up on project progress.
• Prepare reports, manage basic documentation and communicate with other regions and chapter leadership.

Required profile

• Student in the final years, recent graduate or junior professional in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
• Proactive attitude, result‑oriented, team‑player and committed to non‑discriminatory values.
• Interest in business process management, continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, comfortable speaking in public.

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using online collaboration tools such as Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
