Data Analyst – Business Intelligence

About the role

The bank is seeking an analytical and proactive Data Analyst specialized in Business Intelligence to support its financial risk management function. You will work closely with the Sub‑Management of Monitoring and the Vice‑Presidency of Risks to ensure accurate risk monitoring and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate and manage alerts related to the bank’s financial risks.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.
• Design, improve and automate reporting processes in line with established guidelines.
• Collaborate with risk management teams to align data insights with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Degree or recent graduate in engineering, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or a related field.
• Strong academic record (preferred).
• Post‑graduate specialization or master’s in risk, data science, econometrics or related areas (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CFA, FRM, CAIA (preferred).
• Understanding of economic‑financial analysis and risk management concepts.
• Familiarity with ASFI financial services regulations (desired).
• Internal candidates must have completed mandatory e‑learning and have at least one year in the current position.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• PowerBI for data visualization.
• Python programming (highly valued).
