Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based in LATAM to work 100% remotely, acting as the voice of ALOHAS and delivering an exceptional experience across multiple touchpoints. You will enhance customer satisfaction, build long‑term engagement and support growth through world‑class service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional tone in every interaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately across email, chat and social media.
• Manage orders, forms and requests with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Resolve complaints with a solution‑oriented mindset, turning challenges into loyalty opportunities.
• Become a product expert to provide confident, insightful advice.
• Maintain meticulous records of interactions and feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational fluidity and a unified brand voice.
• Identify and suggest improvements to customer service workflows.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in e‑commerce customer service, preferably in fashion.
• Based in LATAM and fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Patience, empathy and positivity, especially during peak seasons.
• Proactive, energetic and able to take full ownership of tasks.
• Highly organized and reliable under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing systems such as Gorgias or Zendesk.
