Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent, you will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees, ensuring seamless experiences across diverse cultures, time zones, and regulations. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team of top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and related services according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze and improve existing processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel regulations, passport and visa laws, and tariffs for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, potentially working with relocation firms or government officials.
• Document, update, and propose enhancements to travel and mobility processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Proficient level of English.
