Corporate Communication & Public Relations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Communication and Public Relations Executive to lead the communication strategy for a leading client. The role focuses on strengthening the brand’s institutional positioning through media, influencer, and event initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the annual corporate communication plan.
• Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and opinion leaders.
• Write press releases, speeches, presentations and other institutional materials.
• Coordinate interviews, press conferences and institutional appearances.
• Organize and supervise corporate events, launches, activations and other institutional actions.
• Coordinate influencer and content‑creator collaborations for campaigns and events.
• Develop and distribute press kits and other corporate materials.
• Manage suppliers related to events, communication and PR.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the company’s and executives’ institutional positioning.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment between corporate communication and brand campaigns.
• Support internal communication, organizational culture and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Prepare reports and metrics on communication and PR activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communication, public relations or a similar role.
• Proven experience organizing corporate events and institutional activations.
• Experience managing media relations, journalists and influencers.
• Excellent writing, spelling and ability to craft strategic institutional messages.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and supplier‑management abilities.
• Proactive, organized, discreet and results‑oriented.
