About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will drive both sales and marketing initiatives for Agrimaster SRL, a company operating in the agricultural sector. You will prospect new clients, manage commercial opportunities, and create tailored proposals while executing the company’s marketing strategy across digital channels and events.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new customers, follow up on commercial opportunities and close sales.
• Prepare and present customized proposals that match client needs.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, content production, and presence at fairs and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial actions with overall business objectives.
• Provide basic training to clients and internal staff on products and services.
• Organize and lead fairs, talks, and other promotional events.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in marketing and content creation.
• Degree or studies in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related fields.
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results.
• Ability to work in the field, generate content and collaborate within a team.
• Creativity, initiative, good organization and continuous learning attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp Business.
• Experience creating reels, videos, photographs, flyers and digital advertising campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and office software.
• Lead generation and tracking capabilities.
