About the role

The Instituto Tecnológico Latinoamericano – TEL is looking for a Student Welfare Coordinator to join its team in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The position focuses on supporting the student community, handling inquiries, and contributing to communication, marketing and commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attention, guidance and follow‑up to students.
• Track and respond to queries from prospective students about the institution’s academic offerings.
• Participate in communication, marketing and relationship‑building activities with the educational community.
• Assist in commercial management tasks and follow‑up with interested parties.
• Organize and keep up‑to‑date information related to students, inquiries and activities.
• Prepare basic monitoring reports to improve service and management processes.

Required profile

• Graduates or professionals in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy and service orientation.
• Organized, proactive and able to follow through on tasks.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
• No prior experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
