About the role

International Justice Mission (IJM) seeks a qualified consultancy to design and execute a regional public‑relations and press campaign for its Latin America office. The assignment covers Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Bolivia and lasts 90 calendar days.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a diagnostic and media mapping for each target country.
• Develop a tailored regional PR strategy, adapting tactics to each national media ecosystem.
• Create press materials (release notes, pitches, talking points) and manage their distribution.
• Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets and local spokespersons.
• Monitor media coverage, evaluate impact and deliver a final performance report.

Required profile

• Agency or consulting team with proven experience in regional PR and press management.
• Ability to work directly in the four countries or coordinate a network of local media professionals.
• Understanding of the media landscape, current news cycles and public‑opinion dynamics in Central America.
