Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will be responsible for shaping and maintaining Imagine Marketing Digital's presence across social media platforms and other digital channels. This full‑time, onsite position focuses on creating engaging content, interacting with the audience, and supporting digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, create, and schedule content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor and respond to community comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Moderate user‑generated content to ensure brand guidelines are respected.
• Assist in the execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns.
• Track basic performance metrics such as reach, interaction, and community growth.
• Prepare simple reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills in Spanish, with attention to spelling and grammar.
• Ability to define brand tone and style across channels.
• Organised, proactive, and results‑oriented with good teamwork and time‑management abilities.
• Relevant education in digital marketing, communication, advertising or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Community Manager or in online community management is a plus.
