Commercial Executive – B2B Software Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to lead consultative B2B sales for medium and large enterprises. You will identify business opportunities, design tailored technology solutions, and close high‑value contracts while building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Conduct consultative needs analysis and propose strategic ERP, CRM, BI, and SaaS solutions.
• Negotiate complex deals involving multiple decision‑makers and private tenders.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or enterprise software.
• Experience selling to corporations, handling private tenders, or negotiating with several stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Required skills

• Functional knowledge of ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence and SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency with presentation and collaboration tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Prezi, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
