Commercial Advisor – Prefabricated Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Advisor specialized in prefabricated concrete solutions to expand our presence in La Paz. The role focuses on long‑term territory development, delivering value to clients and meeting volume, contribution and portfolio targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Promote the company’s prefabricated concrete product portfolio using consultative and value‑based selling techniques.
• Ensure achievement of sales volume, contribution margin and customer portfolio goals.
• Implement the value proposition in line with corporate guidelines and local market requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers and contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Commercial Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial sales.
• At least 1 year of experience in the construction sector (preferred).
• Valid Category A driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work with AutoCAD (vector drawings).
• Knowledge of construction technical criteria and consultative/value‑based sales approaches.
