Clinical Provider – Telehealth Mental Health (Remote)

About the role

Intellect is seeking a Clinical Provider to deliver telehealth and occasional onsite mental health support to clients across Bolivia. This freelance, fully flexible position allows you to set your own hours while contributing to a mission‑driven platform that expands access to quality mental health care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth or onsite counseling for a diverse range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to refine the platform, develop client programs, and ensure evidence‑based care.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum of 300 post‑master’s clinical hours and proficiency in English plus your local language.
• Experience with Employee Assistance Programs, adult counseling, or managerial coaching is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence‑based approaches.
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
