Clinic Director – Strategic Leadership Role

About the role

We are seeking a visionary leader to direct the overall management of our clinic. The Director will ensure high‑quality patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across medical, administrative, and financial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise medical, administrative, and operational activities of the clinic.
• Develop and execute the strategic plan and annual operating plan, aligning with institutional goals.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, clinical protocols, bio‑security standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor performance indicators, budgets, productivity, and institutional results.
• Drive continuous improvement programs and optimize clinical and administrative processes.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a patient‑centered, humane care approach.
• Strengthen strategic alliances with specialists, institutions, and health organizations.
• Represent the clinic before authorities and external entities.

Required profile

• Medical degree (Médico Cirujano) – mandatory.
• Advanced studies (specialty, diploma, master’s or postgraduate) in Health Management, Hospital Administration, Public Health or related fields are valued.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership, coordination or management of clinics, hospitals or health facilities.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing health services.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, health‑care regulations, quality management systems, budgeting and performance metrics.
• Immediate availability and preferably residing in La Paz.
