Clinic Administrator

About the role

UNIFRANZ is seeking a proactive Clinic Administrator to lead the administrative, financial, and operational management of its health facility. The role focuses on ensuring efficient processes, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of patient services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control the clinic’s administrative, financial, and operational activities.
• Manage budgets, performance indicators, and resources to sustain service quality.
• Coordinate procurement, supply chain, contracts, and inventory management.
• Oversee personnel administration and support day‑to‑day operational coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health, administrative, and quality regulations.
• Develop and maintain agreements with providers and strategic partners.
• Monitor management metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare executive reports to aid strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Auditing, Hospital Management or related fields.
• Post‑graduate studies in Hospital Management, Health Services Administration, Finance or Strategic Management are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing clinics, hospitals, or health‑care institutions.
• Proven experience in administrative, financial, and operational management.
• Knowledge of budgeting, performance indicators, and process improvement.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and strategic allies is desirable.
