City Manager (La Paz)

About the role

The City Manager will lead the commercial operations for the La Paz office, ensuring that sales targets, market coverage, and execution standards are met. This position reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the city’s commercial activities and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators such as sales, market participation, execution quality, and coverage.
• Manage relationships with clients, retail chains, and commercial partners.
• Develop and coach a team of supervisors, ensuring high performance.
• Analyze results, identify gaps, and define corrective action plans.
• Administer the city budget, allocate resources, and oversee staffing levels.
• Oversee promotional materials, banners, and inventory management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in commercial or sales roles.
• Proficient English (C1 level) – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of personnel management and project management.
• Desirable familiarity with technology tools.
