About the role

We are seeking a City Manager to lead the commercial operations for our La Paz office. The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and overseeing a team of supervisors to ensure the achievement of key business targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the city’s commercial operations and ensure KPI achievement (sales, market share, execution, coverage).
  • Manage relationships with customers, retail chains, and commercial partners.
  • Develop and coach a team of supervisors, monitoring their performance.
  • Analyze results, define action plans, and implement improvements.
  • Administer the budget, resources, and staffing levels.
  • Oversee promotional displays, inventory management, and related logistics.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a commercial leadership role.
  • Fluent English (C1 level) – mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of personnel management and project management.
  • Desirable: familiarity with technology tools.
