About the role

The position provides high‑quality, friendly service to clients and financial users regarding the institution’s products and services during cash‑desk transactions on a national level.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers with professionalism and warmth, explaining financial products and services.
• Process cash‑desk transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cash counting, reconciliation, and vault balancing.
• Detect counterfeit bills using established techniques.
• Operate financial systems such as Síntesis, SIN tax platform, More, MoneyGram, and Western Union.
• Ensure compliance with the Financial Services Law 393 and ASFI regulations.

Required profile

• University graduate or higher technician in Economic‑Financial Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum two years of general work experience.
• At least one year of experience in cash‑desk operations.
• Experience in financial institutions is desirable.
• Understanding of the institution’s vision, mission, values, and strategy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Cash counting, reconciliation, and vault balancing techniques.
• Counterfeit detection methods.
• Knowledge of Financial Services Law 393.
• Familiarity with ASFI regulatory standards.
• Operation of systems: Síntesis, SIN tax platform, More, MoneyGram, Western Union.
