Business Specialist - Recaudaciones

About the role

BCP Bolivia is seeking a Business Specialist focused on collections (recaudaciones) who is passionate about data and commercial growth. The role will transform QR transactional data into strategic insights that drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage QR transactional data.
• Develop dashboards and management indicators.
• Analyze results, targets, and commercial force performance.
• Monitor QR growth initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate with internal areas to ensure data quality and automation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and established deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
• Preferred postgraduate studies in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, technology product management, commercial strategy or marketing.
• Analytical thinking, result orientation, effective communication, and collaborative work style.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI for dashboard creation.
• PowerPoint for reporting.
• Basic SQL for data extraction.
