BIM Drafter – HVAC (Sheet Metal & Mechanical Piping)

About the role

We are a Bolivian company specializing in BIM‑based HVAC drafting for international clients, including the United States. We are looking for a skilled BIM Drafter to model and document sheet‑metal ductwork and mechanical piping for new construction and renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Model and draft HVAC sheet‑metal ductwork and mechanical piping using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
• Produce shop drawings, layout plans, and construction documents ready for fabrication and installation.
• Apply SMACNA standards throughout all documentation.
• Perform clash detection and MEP coordination in Navisworks.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings in English.
• Participate in technical meetings, RFIs, and submittals with international teams.

Required profile

• Formal education in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HVAC drafting (sheet metal and/or mechanical piping).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD MEP.
• Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
