About the role

As a Conversation Class Trainer you will deliver live online language group lessons to business professionals worldwide, helping them improve their English‑Spanish communication skills. The role is fully remote and offers a flexible schedule while supporting learners from diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online language group lessons to business professionals.
• Facilitate engaging lessons using goFLUENT’s proven teaching methodology.
• Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment that encourages learner participation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in language teaching or corporate training preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Comfortable teaching through video‑conferencing platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Professional, engaging, learner‑focused attitude.
• Quiet workspace with reliable internet connection.

Required skills

• Video‑conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• PC or laptop with Windows 10+ or macOS Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma.
• Intel Core i5 12th gen / i7 11th gen or Mac M1 chip.
• Minimum 8 GB RAM.
• High‑speed internet (download ≥10 Mbps, upload ≥10 Mbps).
