B2C Commercial Advisor – Executive Education

About the role

UNIFRANZ Executive Education is looking for a passionate B2C Commercial Advisor to drive consultative sales and provide high-quality customer service. You will manage the full sales cycle for professionals and executives interested in our executive education programs, guiding them from initial contact to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and promptly manage leads generated by marketing campaigns.
• Identify prospect needs and deliver consultative advice on the academic offering.
• Handle inquiries, objections and support prospects through the enrollment process.
• Maintain continuous follow-up of commercial opportunities using CRM and institutional channels.
• Keep commercial information up-to-date and record every interaction.
• Achieve conversion, follow-up and closing targets set by the organization.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Public Relations or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in consultative sales, inside sales, telemarketing or service commercialization.
• Proven track record in lead follow-up, conversion processes and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, customer orientation and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or similar.
• Experience using digital sales management tools.
