About the role
The University seeks a dedicated Archive Assistant to manage the academic and administrative document repository at its La Paz campus. You will ensure that all records are received, organized, updated, and securely stored in line with institutional standards and national regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and catalogue incoming documents, both academic and administrative.
- Maintain and update the filing system to guarantee document integrity and traceability.
- Control inventory of storage materials and manage catalogues of archived files.
- Apply the General Regulation for Private Universities to all archival processes.
- Support users in locating and retrieving records efficiently.
Required profile
- Student or graduate of Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Law or a related field.
- At least one year of experience handling document archives.
- Familiarity with inventory and catalogue management, archival guides, and storage materials.
