About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Junior Marketing and Digital Community Assistant to join our fast‑growing team. The role combines product catalog management, TikTok‑based sales, influencer outreach, and support for both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate and update product catalogs (clothing, shoes, accessories) for digital and physical sales, ensuring an attractive visual aesthetic using Adobe tools.
• Create dynamic TikTok content, host live streams, and develop sales strategies directly on the platform.
• Identify, contact and manage micro‑influencers and content creators that align with the brand personality.
• Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns for the physical store and digital channels.
• Support logistics, organization and coverage of store events, collection launches and brand activations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Deep understanding of social‑media trends, viral audio formats and sales‑focused content on TikTok, Instagram and Meta platforms.
• Strong visual sense for styling outfits, footwear and accessories in photos and videos.
• Excellent organizational abilities to coordinate product samples, catalog data and influencer schedules.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and coordinating people during events.
