Asistente de Merchandising – Santa Cruz

About the role

The Merchandising Assistant will ensure that product displays in retail locations follow company guidelines, commercial campaigns and visual strategies, helping to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain product exhibitions according to established standards.
• Implement commercial campaigns and point‑of‑sale (POS) materials in stores.
• Check prices, expiration dates and compliance with display standards.
• Monitor exhibitions using control tools and generate reports.
• Support store openings, remodels and merchandising activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee correct execution on site.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical degree in commercial fields, marketing or related areas.
• 1‑2 years of experience in merchandising, shelf replenishment or point‑of‑sale execution.
• Familiarity with product display, stock replenishment and campaign activation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred experience in retail or fast‑moving consumer goods.
