About the role

EXPANSION SLG is seeking a part‑time Assistant to support its real‑estate management team in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The role involves daily assistance in property and lease administration, ensuring accurate information and smooth client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date property records and related documentation.
• Prepare property advertisements and commercial dossiers.
• Coordinate property viewings and respond to client inquiries.
• Track basic incidents and support their resolution.
• Assist in organizing lease contracts, renewals, and communications with tenants and owners.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in property management and real‑estate markets.
• Familiarity with lease administration and basic maintenance coordination.
• Understanding of commercial real‑estate assets such as offices and retail spaces.
• Relevant education in administration, real‑estate management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong organization, and attention to detail.
