About the role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to work at our travel agency counter, providing personalized assistance to clients who are planning trips. The role involves understanding customer needs and offering the best travel options, ideal for someone passionate about tourism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice and customer service at the counter.
• Prepare quotations, make reservations and issue tickets.
• Handle changes, re‑programming, re‑issuance and cancellations of bookings.
• Quote and coordinate ground transportation services.
• Manage hotel reservations and other tourism services.
• Create and price travel packages.
• Follow up on requests and reservations until confirmation.
• Address inquiries, complaints and unexpected issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.

Required profile

• Professional or technical training in Tourism, Travel Administration or related fields.
• Previous experience in travel agencies and customer service.
• Knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing processes.
• Ability to prepare quotations and track bookings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Amadeus or similar GDS platforms.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
