About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Advisor to join our showroom in Santa Cruz. You will guide customers through our home automation, security, and telecommunications solutions, and also perform on‑site installations and configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice and product demonstrations in the showroom (biometric locks, IP video intercoms, smart lighting, etc.).
• Close sales and achieve commercial targets.
• Travel to customer locations to configure, install, and commission equipment.
• Deliver first‑level technical support and answer user queries.

Required profile

• Technical education: Higher Technician in Electronics/Telecommunications or final‑year/graduate in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• No prior experience with specific brands required; full training will be provided.
• Proactive attitude, strong communication, commercial drive, and problem‑solving ability.
• Willingness to use public transport or taxis for field assignments (own vehicle not mandatory).
