About the role

The Credit Advisor position at Ayni – Casa de Préstamos y Empeño is a full‑time, onsite role based in the Patacama branch. You will assist individuals who request loans or pawn services, evaluate their credit applications, explain the terms of financial products, and provide ongoing support for active loans.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate credit and pawn loan applications, assessing payment capacity and risk.
• Explain the conditions of financial products clearly to clients.
• Monitor and follow up on existing loans, ensuring timely repayments.
• Manage collection activities and resolve client inquiries or incidents.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with internal risk‑management policies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess credit requests and propose appropriate solutions.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and related insurance.
• Excellent customer‑service skills: active listening, clear communication, empathy.
• Organized, responsible, result‑oriented and able to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Preferred education in administration, economics, finance or similar fields.
