About the role

The Commercial Advisor will be based in Santa Cruz and will focus on the promotion and sale of agricultural inputs to growers and agribusinesses. The role requires a strong understanding of the agricultural sector, the ability to travel to field locations, and a commitment to building lasting client relationships. Regular interaction with farmers and agribusinesses will be essential to understand their specific input requirements and to tailor solutions accordingly. The position requires a proactive approach to market development and a commitment to achieving sales objectives while upholding high ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in commercializing agricultural inputs.
• Demonstrated success in developing and expanding a client portfolio within the agricultural sector.
• Valid driver’s license (category A or B) with willingness to travel to field sites.
