About the role

Tigo is looking for a B2B Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure technology solutions for corporate customers. The role bridges business requirements with technical architecture across connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, unified communications and IoT.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical definition of B2B connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, unified communications and IoT solutions.
• Translate business needs into high‑level (HLD) and low‑level (LLD) designs, sizing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, technology partners and corporate clients to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• Support strategic initiatives and high‑impact projects, managing risks and technical decisions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge and contribute to pre‑sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems, Networks or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Pre‑sales Engineer or Project Engineer in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience designing and implementing connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity and managed services solutions.
• Hands‑on experience creating HLD/LLD, performing sizing calculations and managing complex projects.
• Experience working with technology manufacturers, partners and large corporate customers.

Required skills

• Networking certifications such as CCNA, MTCNA, HCIA, CCNP, MTCRE, MTCINE, HCIP.
• Cybersecurity certifications like Fortinet NSE4, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CyberOps.
• Cloud certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900), AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator Associate.
• Additional certifications in Veeam, Oracle or other enterprise technologies are a plus.
