Architect/Project Designer

About the role

We are a leading real‑estate company seeking a highly qualified Architect/Project Designer to join our team in Santa Cruz. You will be responsible for turning initial concepts into fully documented architectural projects for parks, shopping centers and other high‑traffic spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and conceptualize architectural projects from idea to final documentation.
• Create realistic 3D models and renderings for presentations and analysis.
• Produce detailed construction drawings, plans and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design coherence and quality.
• Meet project deadlines and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design.
• Strong knowledge of conceptual design, construction details and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with urban planning regulations and construction codes.
• Proven experience designing parks, malls or other high‑traffic environments.
• Portfolio of completed projects.
