Appointment Setter (Enrollment Specialist)

About the role

You will generate and qualify opportunities and book high‑quality sales calls for Account Executives in Sophie Society’s Amazon PPC division. The role works with both inbound and outbound leads and is key to driving pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound leads to qualify opportunities and book ~100 calls per month.
• Drive 15+ qualified closed sets per month and maintain a 70%+ show rate and 25%+ close rate.
• Maintain detailed notes, ensure smooth handoff to closers, and keep CRM data clean.
• Execute structured follow‑ups via email, SMS, Loom, etc., and re‑engage warm leads.
• Participate in daily huddles, training, coaching sessions and contribute to SOPs.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years experience in appointment setting, SDR or sales development.
• Minimum 1 year of Amazon experience.
• Strong charisma, confidence on calls and fluent English communication.
• Results‑driven, KPI‑oriented, coachable and high ownership mindset.

Required skills

• CRM experience (Close.io or equivalent).
• Calendly for scheduling.
• Dialer tools such as Dialpad.
• Google Workspace.
