Analista Legal Crediticio Mid/Senior

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑ to senior‑level Legal Credit Analyst to lead the legal strategy of Presta Ya, a fast‑growing fintech. The role combines contract design, regulatory compliance, and risk management while providing business‑focused legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Design and safeguard credit contracts, BNPL alliances, P2P schemes and related terms and conditions.
• Advise the board on the legal viability of new financial products and support strategic decisions.
• Develop judicial and pre‑judicial collection strategies and coordinate complex recovery cases.
• Ensure compliance with fintech regulations, including ASFI, data‑protection and e‑commerce rules.
• Supervise and guide the support lawyer/procurator in day‑to‑day operational tasks.

Required profile

• Valid national attorney registration (Provisión Nacional).
• 3‑5 years of experience in banks, fintechs or specialized financial/commercial law firms.
• Strong knowledge of credit law, guarantee regimes (mortgages, pledges) and corporate contracts.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation skills and a solid business perspective.
• Desirable: practical experience with ASFI regulations and an active network in real rights, traffic and notary matters.
