About the role

We are seeking a Software Testing and Quality Analyst to ensure the reliability, security and performance of our banking solutions. The role is based in Santa Cruz and works closely with the testing coordinator and development teams to plan, execute and improve test processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisors to allocate necessary resources and involve specialist users in testing activities.
• Organize test tasks, monitor progress and follow the prescribed testing procedures.
• Propose operational process changes based on new core functionalities of assigned modules.
• Support test planning activities led by the User Testing Coordinator.
• Maintain and safeguard test documentation according to the defined methodology.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in functional testing of web sites, mobile applications and micro‑services.
• Experience with agile methodologies and test planning/management.
• Familiarity with banking products (assets, liabilities and services) is a plus.

Required skills

• ISTQB Agile Tester certification (desired).
• Design and execution of test cases, including automated and scheduled tests.
• Use of project‑management tools such as Jira.
• Knowledge of AI‑based test automation and generative AI for test case generation.
• Understanding of security testing concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Performance testing expertise.
